As with installing all programs, it is a good idea to backup your computer first. Special Note:REALPRO for Windows now works on 64 bit computers. I suggest everyone installing the program on a Windows 7 or Vista computer, with 64 bit to uninstall the past version first. You will also want to uninstall AZ-Tech Device Drivers as well. This will allow for a clean install of the most current program and drivers. This assumes that you were never able to use the program on your 64 bit computer since it wasn’t compatible. ** Note: The full install is the most current version. You do not need to install the update on top of it but it doesn’t hurt. |
