As with installing all programs, it is a good idea to backup your computer first. Special Note:REALPRO for Windows now works on 64 bit computers. I suggest everyone installing the program on a Windows 7 or Vista computer, with 64 bit to uninstall the past version first. You will also want to uninstall AZ-Tech Device Drivers as well. This will allow for a clean install of the most current program and drivers. This assumes that you were never able to use the program on your 64 bit computer since it wasn’t compatible. ** Note: The full install is the most current version. You do not need to install the update on top of it but it doesn’t hurt. |

REALPRO 2012 update This update is for 2012. The changes include the VA Funding Fee changes, the FHA MIP and MI changes, as well as, the FHA, VA, and Conventional Conforming loan amount changes. If you asked for any changes or fixes and they are not included, let me know. I think I got it all but would not say I didn’t miss something. You are entitled to this update at no additional charge if you purchased your last update in 2012. |
