Amortization

  • The Amortization program will calculate balloon balances, monthly payments, interest paid, principal paydown, solve for the loan amount and negative amortization.
  • Calculates the number of months to payoff when there is a principal pay down.
  • Solves for the Loan Amount.
  • Calculates Interest Paid, Principal Paid and Balance Due.

I am finally going to RETIRE!

Dear REALPRO users,

Wishing you all very Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year 2023.

After providing REALPRO service and updates since 1985 I am finally going to RETIRE! I am so proud of the many years and have met and made so many friends.

As many of you know, I have since moved to Napa to be with my grandchildren. I have my son and daughter here with me too. I have so much joy being with them. I get to watch the kids every day while my daughter is working. I am blessed to have my family with me. Many of you have met my son and daughter as they helped with the reprogramming in the past. This has been quite an adventure for us all.

I will continue to do loan amount updates. There is an update order form on the website www.realpro.la. I will not do any other changes to the programs. So much of my time is spent with family that it is hard for me to be on call as I have been over these many years. You can text me and I will answer within a week.
