I am getting many calls for the updated REALPRO for Windows program. Because Windows 7 and Vista can be a little tricky I decided to offer remote tech support.
This means that I will be able to send you an email link that will allow me to access your computer remotely. I have done this in the past and it worked great. I will use a very secure program – GoToAssist Express. A well known, well respected service.
We both need to be at our computers to accomplish this but I believe it will save lots of time and frustration. You will be able to follow along as I make the changes to your computer.
