REALPRO now offering free remote tech support

I am getting many calls for the updated REALPRO for Windows program. Because Windows 7 and Vista can be a little tricky I decided to offer remote tech support.

This means that I will be able to send you an email link that will allow me to access your computer remotely. I have done this in the past and it worked great. I will use a very secure program – GoToAssist Express. A well known, well respected service.

We both need to be at our computers to accomplish this but I believe it will save lots of time and frustration. You will be able to follow along as I make the changes to your computer.

I am finally going to RETIRE!

Dear REALPRO users,

Wishing you all very Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year 2023.

After providing REALPRO service and updates since 1985 I am finally going to RETIRE! I am so proud of the many years and have met and made so many friends.

As many of you know, I have since moved to Napa to be with my grandchildren. I have my son and daughter here with me too. I have so much joy being with them. I get to watch the kids every day while my daughter is working. I am blessed to have my family with me. Many of you have met my son and daughter as they helped with the reprogramming in the past. This has been quite an adventure for us all.

I will continue to do loan amount updates. There is an update order form on the website www.realpro.la. I will not do any other changes to the programs. So much of my time is spent with family that it is hard for me to be on call as I have been over these many years. You can text me and I will answer within a week.
